RCA 46" Projection Problem... Can't Post
I have a 46" projection tv....CTC 195 P46813BL And the screen will not turn on...when plugged in a beeping/chirping noise occurs and continues until tv is unplugged, if anyone could help me i would appreciate it...email me @ wu_tang_killa_beez@hotmail.com

It sounds like a horizontal transistor shorted(Or surrounding components).
