For the owners manual, I could get you one through RCA (unfortunatly, you can't go directly through them for some goofy reason). However, the cost after shipping would be around $21.00. Email BobbyK@Bursmaelectronics.com if you're interested.
As far as the screen, it looks like the part has been discontinued. I couldn't find it even in RCA's database... So my suggestion to you is to skip the manual and get a new TV.
