Howdie, I have a problem with my rca tv model #p52937, It does not turn on, no picture or sound. I took off the rear access panel and checked the fuse......it was good, reinstalled and applied power. When you plug the cord in it starts making a ticking/static sound. Does anyone have any ideas?
