I have an RCA model Number R56WH78. When I attempt to turn the unit on I get a power light the comes on, the TV then makes a high pitched noise and the light goes out. No picture and No sound. The light and high pitched sound will cycle 2 or three times before it stops completely. Any help is greatly appreciated
