Wev'e been looking into the RPTV's and need some input on the better technology, LCD, DLP or DILA, especially with standard definition. We use a DISH system only (not yet HDTV). Our space is limited (50"x36"x19") so we've looked only at the 40" to 50" RPTV's. The BB sales guy told me yesterday that he was no longer pushing Samsung because of high returns for performance problems lately. Also during my BB visit I saw all the LCD's have that "refresh" problem during a football game clip. When I am looking at near $4,000 for TV, extended warranty, cables and surge protection I'm getting a little confused of the technology (LCD, DLP and DILA) and who is manufacturing quality stuff. I have to say the JVC DILA looked real good but it is the newest out there? Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.
