At a loss, have a Rca hd52w59 with a Itc222a chassis. Replaced Flyback, 2sc5588, Dl012, cp114, cp120, cp140. cp150,cp110, checked the three fuses by the flyback, still get the three led blinking sequence.

What was the problem in the first place. No picture No sound??You replaced these parts for what reason?
I had the same rca tv and found it was the convergence board.(board where flyback is)You replaced 1 fuse. Now since i have no notes i will try to explain where to find 4 other pc's to check. Mosfet irf630. This pc is found on right side of board(heatsink) half way up on board.. The 2nd pc is located at (heatsink) near top center. On this heatsink is a diode mosfet that faces you. Check that or both mosfets. 3rd There is a capacitor just left of that heatsink (16v 2200uf???) that needs to be checked.I think theres about 5 there.
4th- in front of H.O.T. there is another heatsink,if you look inside the heatsink to the top right you will see semiconductor diode.Check that as well. 5th fuse which you have already done.

Need help explaining this just contact.

Replaced the fly back transformer because it was screaming, checked the fuses all are good, pretty much did everything that you have written in your post.

There's a sub psu in top left corner that has a mosfet and 2 semi diodes on it plus i beleive there are 1 or 2 fuses on that board.Maybe check them.
It just hit me that theres a fuse like the 1's beside the flyback that's beside the heat sink i beleive is close to the semi diode, just out from the hot transistor on far side of heat sink.Have you also checked hot? Have you unpluged your cord off of main piower supply to check/ If so there are 2 places to plugit back in, make sure it is the far right pins on power board.

I checked the three fuses that are next to the flyback transformer if that is what you mean, they are all good.

There should be 1 in center of the board beside the heatsink in front of the horizontial output transistorIt's right up tight to heatsinkor straight across from irf630 heatsink.The top left board is the power delection board, as fuse also. I think we need to do voltage test with a schematic.
