Samsung 54 PCL542R Convergence

My problem is with both edges of the tv, looking at the set the right side is bowed in with a green line outlining it, the left side is bowed in with a red line outlining it, I have went into convergence service mode and the edges of the grid are bowed on both sides and cannot be straightened out in this mode, I believe the problem to be in the convergence board itself but have no idea where. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. The TV is a Samsung PCL542R manufactured July, 2001 my email is slick6732@hotmail.com
Also if anyone needs service mode info for a Samsung I have found two different modes that i would be happy to share with you.
