I believe what I need is a Lenticular screen and have no luck finding one or finding someone to repair. It is called a Lenticular Screen, I had the same problem on a 51" Panasonic.

You are in luck though, I ordered one from a Toshiba 65"HDTV and cut it to fit.

Toshiba Pat number is 23311011 cost was 200Can so probably under 150US.

Good lock
