TV screen is blotchy	Can't Post

Hello,

My television's picture quality has become very poor over time. I have black blotches all over my screen. They are very translucent, but noticeable. Also all my picture settings are tweaked up and the picture is still very dull. I have a new bulb in there, it had went out a few months ago. And I have recently cleaned the inside of the tv; screen and mirror. Any help would be great.

My crystal ball is being polished as we speak. Until I receive it back, I'm unable to divine makes/models of sets.

Well, that sucks. Thanks for the help. Guess I better start saving up for a new tv!
