Zenith TV Keeps Powering off	Can't Post

I have a Zenith Projection model: PV5263MK. When I turn the unit on it will turn off again by itself. Sometimes it takes 5 min. sometimes 5 seconds. It shuts off completely and when you turn it back on it will shut off again. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance.
