Without a pix or better description , I can't do any more than say . you probably have bad Convergence ICs that most likely will need to be replaced...

Thanks i waited for so long for a reply from the forum so i had to do what i thought i should do by replacing the stk 394-250 with about six 3.9ohms resistors and the set came back to life
all the same thanks for your reply,
But i still have another problem with sony kf 55e200a projection tv, this set at powered up the screen will display only green, no menu o picture
i need help
