radiation and tv Can't Post

im trying to replace the lamps on my projection tv. when i got to the lamps, I came across the following sticker. My question is; 1) if my tv has been unplugged for at least 2 weeks, can I be exposed to radiation while replacing the lamps, if the tv if off? 2) what if the bulb was to break, could I be exposed then? 3) and can the radiation only come from the bulbs?
