waves in picture and ports dont work

i have a mitsubishi projection tv model VS 50707
There are waves in the picture sometimes bad sometimes not there, i dont know how else to explain it. and the video ports the yellow red and white ports on the front and on the back dont work. front ones dont work at all. one channel on the back has sound and black and white no color and another one with sound but no video..only the svideo channel works fine.. ive looked around. maybe a capacitor change out or possible the main new board..im not sure..any ideas?
