To clean the outside of the screen, the best thing to get is GOO-GONE... comes in a spray bottle, and spray the screen -- wipe with SOFT cloth in direction of ridges (up & down) -- anything in the ridges can be removed with a SOFT toothbrush -- not too much pressure.... depending on the mess you have, this can be tedious but worth it.
The only way to clean the lenses is to take the back off the set, and wipe them with a damp cloth.... Can do the same with the mirror but be careful -- some of the mirrors are actually milar and will break easily.
