1 year old 32" G.E. has sound , no picture

32" G.E. Has no picture. Not a bad picture, but no picture(blank screen). Sound is O.K. LED not lit up on front. Picture tube is not glowing. Model # 3167740 Man. date 1/2002. Chassis no. CTC203CA10. Also, no menu or guide shows up on blank screen. Channels change o.k. with tv front or remote. I erased remote and disconnected vcr and still no picture. Picture was coming on after 10 to 30 mins. but not now. Can anyone help me?
