6 Black Vertical Bars, some Ghosting on First	Can't Post

Help! I have a Polaroid 50GSR3000, 50" TV that has 6 distinct Black Bars, fairly evenly spaced. The first bar on the left starts at the edge of the screen where the others are equally spaced out. There is some color bleed near the leftmost bar whenever a change is made, such as menu selecting HDMI1 to HDMI2, etc. It is consistent regardless of which input I choose or channel I select.
Ideas or suggestions on where to start? Is this a main board issue or could something be wrong with the LCD?
Yes, I have a picture but this silly interface won't let me attach! But then again, it looks like a TV with spaced black bars on the screen.

I thought that was why the Internet Gods created photo-sharing services that you could upload your pictures to and then link or img back to here. Crazy
