Android TV problem - please help

I have a new Android tv, FUEGO 50" with android 7.0, and i had to perform a factory reset, after that the screen now is splitted in two same pictures. Every channel, every app, hdmi receiver, everything comes in two pictures. I have tried everything but no success to have a full screen one picture. What can i do???
