HELP !!!!! TELEFUNKEN PAL 5216 TV	Can't Post

I want the info to solucion this problem...

In start, the image are one horizontal line, compresed.

In long time expand but the down border are solaped, double and reversed image.

How repair this problem ???

I´m hobbyst and not give the circuit diagram.

I want the service manual to this TV.

Sounds like bad solder joints and dryed out capacitors in the vertical curcuit
You say you're ahobbiest does this mean you have the equipment to tackel a delicut solder job, much less test the ERS value of capacitors?
