Help, Philips t.v with thin lines across the screen	Can't Post

Philips t.v black and white model 12B711, has had vertical problem, picture good and sound good but thin white lines running across the screen from left to right scrolling up and down.What could be the matter.

Old set huh? Well most likly you can go in there and find the power supply filter cap ( around 100uf at 150 to 200 volts) it will be located by the two burnt resistors, replace the cap resolder the high voltage and make sure to get these resistor solder up as well
