Hisense LTDN50K310 need to reset due to forgotten pin

Good Morning all,
I need to know if it is possible to factory reset a HISense LTDN50K310XCEU3D LED Backlit TV without a pin.
I work in a hotel with about 5 rooms that have these TV's, the rest are fine, but one of them has been set with a pin, probably by a guest or a child as we dont have pins setup on any other TV.
trying to factory reset via the OSD prompts for a pin... we have tried all the regular ones... 0000, 1234, 1111, 2222 etc, etc nothing works.
I have been spending days trying various service modes for various hisense TV's, eg, turn tv off, hold menu on the back, it will turn on. no menus appear.... or open menu, highlight sound, press key sequence... nothing happens.
im at a loss and really need some help as these TV's arent cheap here in malta.
