INSIGNIA NS LCD-26A Scrambled/white Screens Please Help

I recently came into an Insignia NS LCD-26A. The previos owner said it had lines in the screen. ON power up it has several different screen errors (see pics) I have got it on one occasion to go to the menu screen and switch inputs, but mostly it has a horribly scrambled or white screen at startup and it locks up for a while then goes back to the no signal screen. I am moderate when it comes to repairs most of my background is in fixing solid state and EM pinball machines. Thanks for the help.
