LG_42LE5510 No video over HDMI or VGA

Hi my TV LG_42LE5510 shows FreeToAir channels fine. It also plays videos/ photos from USB stick fine. However when I connect my laptop over HDMI or VGA (or Chromecast over HDMI) it doesn't display video but I can hear audio.
It seems HDMI is not completely broken, just video bit. I should add that it all used to work ok. I used to use the TV as monitor with my PC connected.
I have tried different cables. Resetting TV settings. Nothing helped.
Is there an easy fix for this? Can I replace some component?
