LG 42LS575T Backlight turns off after several hours

Hi Guys , I have a LG 42LS575T which will work fine for several hours and then the backlight will go out . We appreciate its common for leds to fail within a few mins or less of switching on which makes me wonder if its the backlight or one of the boards ?
Anyone come across this ? cheers
