LG 42PJ550 doesn't turn on

Hi,
I’m trying to fix my mother’s tv. LG plasma 42PJ550
It doesn’t turn on. It makes a click sound and there’s nothing on the screen.

So I made the same measurement that Dan asked him to do and here it is.
I’ve set my meter at DCV 300 (my meter is not very precise to read, so numbers are approximative).
Top left connector, from top to bottom:

Bottom right connector, from left to right:
20-0-2-2-0-0-2-2-2
And when I disconnect the top left connector and do the same reading on the board, I get exactly the same results.
Can you help me ? Is it the power board ? I’ve seen a lot of people selling some repair kits to repair the board instead of replacing it, it’s a lot cheaper but I’m not sure I can solder, I’ve done it once and I lean fast, so maybe I could try if I find the right kit.
