LG 60SJ8000-UA picture issue	Can't Post

I have a 60 inch LG tv that is less than 2 years old and only gets used occasionally. We left it on the other day when we went out for an hour and when we got home, the bottom quarter of the screen has a series of horizontal lines that make all the apps unreadable. I have pictures, but can't see where I can post them. I tried to do some research and it seems like it is a bad t-con board. Can anyone confirm if that is what my problem is or if it could be something else? Thanks for any help you guys can offer!

Lines are only caused by 3 things in a tv.
Tcon, main board or the panel. The only way to know for sure is to replace the two circuit boards , sometimes they’re built in together as one, then if nothing changes it’s the panel or screen itself. Replacement circuit boards are all over the internet places like tvpartstoday and shopjimmy are reputable
