LG LED TV Has no picture

LG 42LN5300-UB.BUSDLJR is having a prolem displaing a picture. When there is no input I can see a black bar going across the screen in the same spot as the "no input" notification would. I have sound when I have input but no picture. not sure what is wrong. It began when I had screen bleed in the bottom two corners and I decided to see if I could fix that by relieving pressure from the bottom corners of the screen. Then I plugged it back in after removing the back panel and this is the symptoms I am now faced with along with the screen bleed. I can deal with the screen bleed but not the no picture. **I am thinking bad T-con Board** I have taken the whole TV apart and put it back together with no change whatsoever in the screen/picture
