LG TV problems Can't Post

Hi, i'm having problems with my LG Tv turning on. The stand by light comes on after being plugged in for a few minutes, but when i press the power button it only sometimes works and other times the light disappears for a few minutes and comes back on with no picture. When it does turn on i usually get no sound, but it usually comes on if i turn the tv on and off a few times or wait a while.
I took the TV apart and noticed some of the capacitors are bulging like this:

Do you guys think those could be causing this problem?
Thanks.

Thanks, but i should have said that isnt a picture of mine and just one i found on the internet. The caps look almost the same and i even have non-bulged ones next to it to compare.
Should I replace the caps and see if that works? What i dont understand is why the TV works sometimes, but not always. For instance i had it on earlier, but i tried it again an hour ago and cant get it to come on now.
Maybe try replacing the flat tires on the car to see if it rides smoother?
And while we're at it, keep in mine that capacitors can LOOK perfect yet be bad.

Heat (Hair dryer or set the set in the hot sunshine) / cold (put set into a walk-in fridge or freezer) will sometimes raise value back up / back down temporarily.

Thanks, i guess it's worth trying just encase anyway.
Just took the back off the tv to get a picture of it. The big brown one and the tall green one on the left are the bulged ones:
http://s8.postimg.org/ojkwpitwl/IMG_20150922_200412.jpg
Many caps may run their minus leads to the same common ground foils. You may also find that caps of same value/voltage may share the same positive foil. One being domed, one looks fine. ALL have been under the SAME environmental conditions and have the SAME hours of use.
Either test the ones that 'look' good (value and ESR, at least) or caps are cheap, replace 'em all.

I just tried heating the caps up with a hairdryer and it worked, so at least i know a temporary fix.
I think i'l just replace all of them anyway since their so cheap. Thanks for the help, i'l report back with how it turns out.
