LG tv 3 blink error code

Hi
I have an LG 55lb670V tv
When I turn it on the Logo appears for a couple of seconds, then the screen dies.
Having removed the back cover I discovered a little LED (LD701) flashing 3 times, pause, flash 3 times and pause infinetely
Anyone know where to find a sceme of error codes or know what this one means?
Google is not helping
