Looking for Helpers for new "TV Troubleshooting Forum"

Hi,
I have been asked to setup a TV Troubleshooting Forum.
I do not know anything about TV's so I will need some help to populate and maintain it.
I was thinking that it would be a forum readible by everyone, but only TV Repair Authorities would be able to post. That way only considered advice and information would be put there.
Do people think that this is a good idea, and if so are there people out there that would be interested in helping set it up?
