Magnavox clicking/buzzing Wont turn on	Can't Post

I have a 2 y/o Magnavox 40me324v/f7.

The problem started with an audible clicking and the TV not turning on but the status light flashed.

I checked for visual defect including bad caps and found none. When I disconnect the ribbon cable going from Main to Power boards the clicking stops but still wont turn the tv on.

After leaving it for 24 hours and putting it back together the clicking changed to a high pitch buzzing and the red light now stays solid instead of flashing.

Of course, putting in a 'good' Digital Main Board should also work.
