NEC V463 won't stay on, red light

Make/model: NEC V463
Behavior
- Unit powers on, fans spin, backlight flashes, then completely powers off after ~5 seconds
- This power cycle auto-repeats 3-4 times before stopping permanently
- Red led on front bezel illuminates, 2 short blinks + 1 long
Additional Info/Repairs Attempted (with zero change in behavior)
- Replaced Power supply board 715G4390-P03-W30-003H
- Replaced Mainboard 715G5737-M01-000-005I
- Replaced LED driver board NEC 55.46P06.D01
- Replaced LED timing control board NEC 55.46P06.C03
- Replaced IR sensor 715G3587-T01-000-004M
- Both chassis fans pass external tests

I am not sure this behavior is because it is currently face-down with the back cover off. I suspect a temperature sensing problem and the unit stays on a little longer leaving the IR sensor unplugged, but already replaced the sensor.
Any suggestions/leads, or a service manual, much appreciated!
