No Back Light On Toshiba 40L1333B Can't Post

Hi everyone,
Recently my Toshiba 40l1333b decided as i was watching it, to just turn blank. Sound was still coming through. This is why i believe it to be a back light problem.
I have never taken apart a tv before, so have not clue about what to do next. So far i have taken the back panel off. Ive taken pictures of all areas i felt were important. Any information would be great!

Thank you

Dim image with flashlight near screen?

LEDs are usually wired in series - one goes out, they all go out.
Panel manual indicates 30,000 hours lifespan for LEDs, but I doubt it wants them on 100% duty cycle at 100% intensity. I presume they make their estimations under laboratory conditions.

Thanks for the reply!

Yeah looking like a black light driver change is needed

Well there's an idea from long ago. Just attach one of those velvet painting pieces to front and shine a black light at it. Crazy

based upon number in one of your photos:
