No green color

The green color on my Toshiba CF3062A model keeps turning off, when this happens I get only the red and blues combination. This has been going of for about a week. but its erratic, sometimes the color is absolutely fine. The TV is approx 11 years old. Also between pictures, ie when the screen is grey, I get a blurry green vertical band right in the middle of the screen. Any ideas? Is it worth fixing it or should I get a new TV? Thanks for your advice.
