No picture on Proscan PS32500

Have a Proscan model PS32500 (CTC197 chassis). Been doing some home rewiring and in the process the ground wire of the receptacle that the TV is plugged into got shorted to the hot wire for less than a second (have since fixed that problem) When the Proscan was plugged (before I knew about the ground problem) in it zapped my picture. Can still see the GuidePlus+, so don't believe the picture tube was damaged. Also still have sound. Pretty sure one of my chassis boards got burned, but I don't have the equipment to find which one. Found out it's gonna cost about a zillion bucks to fix, so I'm wanting to try to fix it myself. My questions: What would be the best starting place to search for the bad board? Where can specific boards be purchased online? And, where might I find a service manual for the CTC197?
