Panasonic Tau 29" (flat screen)

I recently bought a Panasonic Tau 29" CRT flat screen and I see some little distortion at the left, right, top and bottom borders of the screen. It's a wavy effect. Specially, I can notice it when my DVD player screen saver activates. It's a wavy effect.
How could I fix it ? I've read on other websites that some other users have this problem too.
