Panasonic tx-55as650b no picture

Hi
I have a panasonic tx-55as650b lcd tv which all of a sudden lost its picture, but the backlight was still on. All p/s voltages are good and there is voltage on the output of the t con board. I bought a replacement motherboard and with this one in place there is no backlight the SRV-VLED remains at 24 volts (original m/b switches it to 46v) there is no voltage at srv 12v for t con and the green power led blinks rapdly before going solid. Anyone have any pointers? thanks in advance for any help
