Philips 42PFL3604H/12 cannot turn on? Can't Post
We had a storm here during the night and in the morning I couldn't turn the TV on. I bought a new motherboard for this TV based on the advice I got from one TV repairman but I can't get it to work. I am sending a photo here of the back side of my TV and can you help me and tell me why it isn't working. I also tried to change the second board which is supply board but it didn't work.
What could be the problem? Please help because I live in Bosnia and Herzegovinia and nobody can help me here.

Were these boards 'NEW' (from Philips) or "New To You" (from an internet site - supposedly pulled from a working set, 100% fully tested, yada, yada)?

From Ebay, working TV, I don't know how to test it but the seller guaranteed that it was a working main board.

Check their return policy.

Got to be one board or the other.
Are those pictures of your actual TV/boards? (Service manual for model you state does not show same - AC socket on a bracket, No SCARTs on Main.

What electronics troubleshooting experience do you have? Test equipment?
