Philips 42pfp5532d snowy picture Can't Post

Hi guys i have a philips 42pfp5532d it turns on ok but the picture is snowy and flickers a bit. When i checked the inside of the tv i found 6 bad capacitors which i have now changed but the tv still got the snowy picture. It also gives off a slight buzzing noise from the power board aswell. Anyone know what the problem could be thanks.

Were the capacitors that were installed/replaced ...
The correct value?
The correct voltage?
The correct polarity? (presuming they were electrolytics)

'The picture is snowy and flickers a bit' on MORE than one Input?

Yes all capacitors were replaced with brand new one. I put slightly higher values and voltage capacitors in there and yes all electrolytics. I cant change over to any other inputs as the picture is snowy tried pressing the buttons but no menu comes up.
