Pioneer SD-P5193-K Convergence problem

Hi all,
I have a Pioneer SD-P5193-K with a red convergence problem. I have replaced the entire convergence board with a new one from Pioneer, but the problem persists. The red convergence is off in the lower left quadrant and the upper right quadrant, but ok elsewhere. I wonder if I need to access setup via service code, but alas I don't have the code. Any advice in this matter would be most greatly appreciated.
