Please help my Sanyo DS27930

This set was exposed to a near lightning strike, it wasn't enough to damage other electronics connected to the same outlet. When first turned on it will rapidly click the relay for a second or two then followed by a audio burp in tune with the relay clicking. I say relay, the part I believe I hear is PS601A. I only have access to a DS27910 service manual which is somewhat similar. Checking on some of the test points it appears there is too much voltage across some of them but again that is using the other manual. I cannot see any hotspots or visible damage. Any help is appreciated.
