Problem with my tv usb connector Can't Post

Hello, i have LG television since one year and half, I use it regulary to play recorded videos on my usb key Sonny 16 G whithout any problems. Yesterday, when I was watching a video, playing was sudenly interupted, screen went black and the TV turns off by itself. Now, the Tv does not detect my key, when I plug my key into my windows Pc, it detects it but it crashes when i try to explore it. What hapend ? Is There any advices to respect when using usb of a TV ?

TV & computer work OK without any USB key?

Thanks for replying.Yes, Tv and PC works with another key. But I don't know if I can continue to use the Tv USB port because I don't want damaging another key.I need advice...

You don't provide enough info to research and give much advice, but since it does work with keys (for awhile, at least) one would presume you are using correct containers, codecs, etc. Only other things I can think of would be a static discharge when plugging/unplugging or a loose pin.
