RCA CTC-130 retrace lines and other problems

HI ! I have this old rca ctc-130 made in 87 with this retrace lines problems and another problem who is intermittent . The tv set won't receive the infrared from the remote and the channels 14-up becomes snowy. I'm a have study electronics and I repair many tv and Audio stuff but I can't found those problems. It looks like a bad solder or capacitor.
If anyone can tell me what is faulty I'll be gratefull.
