RCA F32650 P and V values	Can't Post

Replaced the fly back and HOT couple years back on my RCA F32650 and have been living with two parallel red lines slightly sloping up at the very top of the screen ever since. Saw somewhere that I might fix it by changing the P and V values on the service menu so I started messing with the values to try to make them go away. Now the image is distorted. Does anyone know what the proper P and V settings are? "2.92 3" is at the bottom of the screen.

You should have already known which "parameters" and what the range of "values" were before entering the SERVICE menu. Mad
