SAMSUNG le32a456c2d Flickering/blinking issue Can't Post

Hi. My samsung le32a456c2d has the flickering/blinking issue. You can see it on video I uploaded.
Power board is BN44-00214A

edit and update:
Hi guys, I just found out that flickering is related to backlight. If backlight is set low then everything is fine. The frequency(speed) of flickering goes up as I increase it.

I did some measurement on power supply on backlight set on both low and high.

low backlight: 24V = 20.7v
12v = 10.5v
high backlight: 24V = jumping between 19.5 - 20.7v
12v = jumping between 9.5 - 10.5v

Which 'similar problem was solved' are you referring to? Both my crystal balls are busted.

Clipping the jumper effectively removes an optoisolator from the circuit.

Haven't located a schematic, but good high resolution pictures of front & back of boards (GOOGLE: board# shop jimmy).

YOUR board is, of course is, a different board Number / different TV Set Model Number / different Vintage - the ONLY thing that IS the SAME is the Brand.
Schematic for YOUR board: http://elektrotanya.com/...4a.pdf/download.html

Is 5.3 Volt line also affected?

Try to check/change:

12 Volt = CM856
12.8 Volt = CM858
24 Volt = CM851 & CM852

Even with a steady load (backlights Low) 12 & 24 volt sources are down by around 14%. Do they climb closer to normal with inverter unplugged?
Although PFC voltage is not stated on schematic, is it too affected by high and low backlight settings?
