Samsung 65" edge lit backlight problems

I have a 65" Samsung model UN65MU6290VXZA. When I first checked out the tv I found the LED strips were bad. I did some research and found out there were issues with the power supply and current limiting resistors. I bought the power supply repair kit and backlights from ShopJimmy.com
After replacing backlights and doing power supply mods when I plug the set in the backlights flash on and off as soon as I plug it in.
If I unplug the backlight connector the set works and I can see the menu, etc with a flashlight. There are two led strips and the LED tester reads 139V 43.7ma on each strip so i assume they are good. (sorry for the long post I am new at this).
Next I bought the complete set of boards power supply, main board and T-Con board and after replacing them the set does exactly the same thing. I don't know where to go next can anybody help me?
