Samsung Black Vertical Lines and Blotches

Been searching for the possible issue here and for the most part everything I find relates back to replacing the TV rather than what maybe a fix.
Lines are vertical black looking lines which show up in the screen menus as well as when watching something.
TV is out of warranty.
It's a Samsung UN75MU6300F
Replaced TCOM board with no result and also performed firmware update.

Any thoughts on what it may be and is it worth repair?
