Samsung TV UA40D600 capacitor blown

Hi,
I have a Samsung TV UA40D600 with a blown capacitor in the power board model bn44-00458. It's capacitor CP804, would somebody be able to tell me the details of what capacitor this is so that I can get one and replace it. I don't have a diagram for this board and the capacitor itself has a big hole in it where the details would have been!
I hope the photo's below work out.
