Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction?
TV (Samsung UN58H5202) not starting...standby light flashes red continuously.
When testing power supply (BN44-00787A) I get only 4.5 volts at mainboard connector where it should be 12.8 and get only 85 volts at LED connector where it should be around 300 I think.
The 4 FETs on the back of board seem ok and I'm pretty sure the diodes are ok.
Where should I be looking for the cause of the lower voltage output???
