Samsung smart tv UE46ES6100 wont turn on ree light blinking

Hello everyone
I have a problem with my tv it's a samsung UE46ES6100 smart tv that does not turn on black screen no clicking no sound no voice no image nothing only the standby red led light blinking 5 times stops for few seconds then blinks 5 times again and so on .the remote control works when i press the buttons i see the red light blinking faster as if its working normaly ,
I opened the tv to look at the capacitors and they seem fine flat no leaks nothing . I noticed an unplugged connection on the t con board i dont know if it is normal i also tried to disconnect the t con board and try but nothing
I wanna fix it but not sure what to change the power supply or the mother boars t con ??
If anyone have any idea that what it might be?
