Sansui TV with a white horizontal line problem Can't Post

I have bought a second hand Sansui sv2002 TV. When I switched "On". I t had a white horizontal line on the screen. I found D 452 short, R 451 blown and TDA 3653B IC blown too. After replacing all three the TV was working for almost three days, then after a horizontal line apeared again. I replaced the TDA 3653B and it was fine for few days again. What is cauasing this IC to keep on blowing?. Please help.

There is an electrolytic that causes this fault, its the booster and is usually 100uF 35V, you must change that. From memory one leg goes to pin 6 and the other to a diode but I could be wrong. If you dont change that the chip will not balance and one output transistor inside the chip will try to create all the scan and will fail. Once the set heats up if the chip survived all will be OK, this is destruction on switch on.
